Piano Top BurrMid Victorian Burr Walnut Veneered Davenport in excellent condition. This piece has managed to retain its original leather, writing surface is in good condition. With a set of full length drawers on the right hand side and dummy drawer fronts to the left, The rising paper compartment is released by a secret button. This is a British made desk made in around 1860. It is idea. for a home office environment as a it is very compact and would fit in any modern home office. It would make a perfect laptop desk as the writing slop is the perfect angle.
Pair of tall Satin Birch Cabinets equally suited to serve as useful storage in the Study or as bedside cabinets. Very nice quality, stamped by the retailer/ maker W Tarn and co. London. Dating from around 1850 they are veneered in well chosen Satin Birch with Rosewood details. Dimensions: Height 101cm(39.8”) Width 42cm(16.5”) Depth 58cm (22.8”) Declared manufacture date: 19th century
